Patrick Lindsay: President

As President of EDI, Pat Lindsay is responsible for the company’s operations, including the oversight of all environmental remediation and demolition projects. Pat is widely known and respected in the industry, with over forty years of experience in project management, cost controls, procurement and training. His experience ranges from managing large demolition projects to designing complex remediation jobs.

Pat spent over 28 years managing heavy industrial projects, 16 years with Invirex Demolition, where he supervised the demolition and salvage of power plants, chemical plants, paper mills, complicated high risk structures and skyscrapers, as well as remediation of uranium mills.


Keith Yowell: General Manager

Keith Yowell oversees the day to day operations of EDI. Keith insures all business practices run smoothly, safely and efficiently. In addition to warehouse oversight, Keith also reviews financial data for efficiency and cost analysis on a per-project basis.

Keith has worked in the asbestos abatement industry since the early 1980’s and has known many industry professionals for just as long.

In addition, Keith has a high level of working knowledge of power plant operations, having started work in industrial cleaning in his teens. His understanding of general safety practices also assist in providing establish leadership to the EDI team. Safety is a number one priority for Keith.


Mike Pierson: Senior Project Manager

Mike’s 22 years in the Colorado abatement industry have provided him with professional experience in areas such as project and labor management, estimating and warehouse management.

Mike has worked with multiple school districts throughout Colorado, including Jeffco Schools, Bennett Schools, Adams 12 and 50, Boulder and DPS.

Mike’s duties involve distribution of labor to all work sites, with ongoing oversight and management of select projects. He is capable of managing projects with labor ranging from one to more than two hundred men.

In addition to his efficient work standards, Mike is adept at seeing projects completed safely, on time and within budget.


Scott Wilson: Project Manager

Scott Wilson has over twelve years of combined civilian and military experience, managing and supervising both large and small-scale projects. He has overseen the successful completion of numerous demolition and abatement projects throughout Colorado and surrounding states.

Scott has performed demolition and abatement of commercial sites, military installations and residential properties; including both occupied and unoccupied facilities. He is currently responsible for estimating and project management while insuring the both his employees and subcontractors uphold the highest level of quality, safety and professionalism.

Scott has performed numerous projects on Federal facilities and understands his projects from mobilization to completion, insuring that each project completes on time and within budget.
